The Cambro Camshelving® GN 2/1 Food Pan Trolley represents the next generation of foodservice transport solutions for professional kitchens, hotels, and catering operations.

Constructed from advanced composite material, it eliminates the noise and wear associated with traditional metal trolleys. Stronger than steel yet free from weld failures, rust, and corrosion, it delivers consistent performance in demanding environments.

The modular design allows easy maintenance with fully replaceable components. Composite rails can safely hold pans directly from ovens up to 200°C, while the wide 3” spacing accommodates multiple pan depths (2.5” to 8”).

Equipped with 5” total locking casters, it ensures smooth and secure transport. Built-in pan stops enhance stability during movement.

With a maximum capacity of up to 750 lbs (340 kg) per unit and compatibility with standard GN food pans, it is ideal for high-volume operations.
