This professional heated carving lamp helps maintain proper serving temperatures while creating an attractive and functional buffet or carving display.
Its patented telescoping heated lamp with 30° shade pivot adjusts easily to accommodate different food products and serving requirements, allowing targeted heat for carving meats, roasted preparations, sandwiches, plated dishes, or serving platters.
The freestanding construction with heavy 18kg weighted base provides excellent stability and placement flexibility for buffet lines, pass stations, and live serving applications. Under the heated lamp, operators can place a cutting board, GN pan, serving platter, or other presentation surface depending on the buffet or service concept.
The post and lampshade are available in plated finishes including Bright Nickel (standard), Bright Brass, and Antique Bronze to match the surrounding décor and buffet presentation style.
