The Hatco DCS400-1CM Counter Mount Decorative Carving Station is an elegant and professional heated presentation solution designed for buffet lines, carving stations, open kitchens, and live serving environments with permanent countertop installation.

This heated carving lamp maintains proper food serving temperatures while creating a refined and premium buffet display presentation.

Its patented telescoping heated lamp with 30° shade pivot allows targeted heat control and easy adjustment depending on the type and height of the food products being presented.

The unit is designed for countertop installation using a simulated stone trim mounting ring, providing a clean integrated appearance within buffet counters and serving stations.

Under the heated lamp, operators can place a cutting board, serving platter, GN pan, or other presentation surface, making it ideal for carving meats, roast presentation, sandwich stations, and live buffet service.
